Single mother Karla McCoy lives a quiet life with her young son in a tax-credit film state. One day, upon entering a local park, Karla’s son is abducted. When going to the police proves ineffective, Karla embarks on a solo mission to scream as loud as she can while driving her car as fast as she can.
